Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

No Quibble Returns

We operate a simple 30 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you, the customer. This means that for any reason you decide that you no longer want the product you may return it in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached back to us and once checked we will refund your money within 30 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). This offer in non-transferable. We do not accept returns that are customer soiled unless faulty and part of a warrantly claim.

Cancelled / Refunded Orders Prior to Despatch

Occassionally our site will state that a particular item is in stock & avaible for despatch, when in fact it isnt. This is a unfortunate feature of our ecommerce system & the way our supplier SIM's operate and is beyond our control. As a result your order may be cancelled without prior notice if a solution cannot be found in good time. When this happens we will endevour to issue you a full refund as quickly as possible. Please check your emails for notifications on the status of your order. We will accept no responsibilty for emails dropping into spam folders or going un-noticed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund you in full. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.


Returning Products

Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be downloaded usling the link below. Once completed please include it in the returning package. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

The product will be inspected against “reason for return” before any refund or replacement is posted out / made. Please note that will we only pay collection fees on warranty items unless agreed otherwise. Please ensure receipts are forwarded to us with the return where possible. You are responsible for the product until it is recieved by us. Please ensure that any returns are packed correctly to avoid any damage during transport as this may effect your refunded amount.

Cannondale have taken their much loved Synapse 105 and improved it by adding a new lighter yet stiffer frame. Built in to this new frame is even more clearence than ever before. The bike comes as standard with 28cc tyres that deliver more stability and better comfort without the drag that you may expect. You can go even bigger if you wish with clearance up to 32cc. The frame is preped with for full mudguards and coupled with the disc brakes, it makes the bike ideal for all year round riding.

On anything from fast group rides to daily commutes, the Synapse’s light weight, comfortable sportive position and smooth ride will help you fall in love with cycling. 

Synapse’s Endurance Geometry provides stable, confident handling, and a more upright riding position for all-day comfort.

The new Synapse is designed with with two different fork rakes - 60mm for smaller sizes and 50mm for larger sizes - for more consistent handling across the sizes, and reduced toe overlap on small sizes.

The new Synapse features updated SAVE Micro-Suspension flex zones in the rear triangle and fork to keep you comfortable and in control.

SmartForm C2 Alloy Construction and carbon blade forks deliver exceptionally light weight for this category for a high-performance feel.

With clearance for tires up to 32mm wide, and subtle rack and fender mounts, the new Synapse is ready for back-road exploring, group rides, fast commutes and anything in between.

 

 

You may find plenty of talk regarding different geometry of road bikes with some suited to racing and others suited to endurance or sportive. 

In general there is one key difference and that is that the race bike will have a lower front end give more aerodynamic position where as the endurance bike will be higher offering a more comfortable position on the bike. 

Many manufactures have now taken their designs even further by producing frames not only based geometry to suits the different styles but also changing the make up of the frames to suit. For example the Scott Addict is a road race bike. This has a race geometry but also the frame is designed to be stiffer, lighter and extremely responsive. On the other side you have the Scott Solace which has an endurance geometry. This has also been designed to be light and responsive but it's also been designed so areas of the frame flex offering more comfort to the rider over long distances. 

The key when deciding which bike to choose is to first think about what you want from the bike. If comfort is paramount then choose an endurance bike. If speed is top of the list then choose a race bike.
