Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

No Quibble Returns

We operate a simple 30 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you, the customer. This means that for any reason you decide that you no longer want the product you may return it in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached back to us and once checked we will refund your money within 30 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). This offer in non-transferable. We do not accept returns that are customer soiled unless faulty and part of a warrantly claim.

Cancelled / Refunded Orders Prior to Despatch

Occassionally our site will state that a particular item is in stock & avaible for despatch, when in fact it isnt. This is a unfortunate feature of our ecommerce system & the way our supplier SIM's operate and is beyond our control. As a result your order may be cancelled without prior notice if a solution cannot be found in good time. When this happens we will endevour to issue you a full refund as quickly as possible. Please check your emails for notifications on the status of your order. We will accept no responsibilty for emails dropping into spam folders or going un-noticed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund you in full. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.


Returning Products

Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be downloaded usling the link below. Once completed please include it in the returning package. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

The product will be inspected against “reason for return” before any refund or replacement is posted out / made. Please note that will we only pay collection fees on warranty items unless agreed otherwise. Please ensure receipts are forwarded to us with the return where possible. You are responsible for the product until it is recieved by us. Please ensure that any returns are packed correctly to avoid any damage during transport as this may effect your refunded amount.

THE PURPOSE

Hunt have crafted the new HUNT 25 Carbon Gravel Race wheelset to offer maximum versatility and exceptionally low weight. Laced to Hunts lighter, race-ready Sprint SL hubs, offering rapid 7.5-degree engagement for light and fast gravel riding or racing across technical and varied terrain.

Long-time advocates of tubeless technology for riding on and off road, HUNT’s development into hookless rims began back in 2016. With the 25 Carbon Gravel Disc rim development, we were able to push boundaries of rim weight-saving further, bringing the final rim weights to a mere 385g. As well as having that performance benefit, due to a simpler manufacturing process, hookless rims can be produced with less waste, resulting in a cost reduction which can be passed on to riders.

A wheelset designed to offer control and speed for the fastest gravel rides. Tubeless, ETRTO compliant hookless rims, laced to a reliable, fast-engaging Sprint SL hub for a system ready to face any race day conditions.

ASYMMETRYIC PROFILE

Durability and control when you need it the most. The asymmetric rim profile on the 25 Carbon Gravel Race has been designed with compliance and impact resistance top of mind so you can worry less.

HOOKLESS/STRAIGHT SIDE-WALL DESIGN

25mm-deep and 33mm-wide external rim profile, featuring a hookless/straight-sidewall and ETRTO-compliant tubeless rim, designed for gravel tubeless tyre compatibility.

SPRINT SL HUBS

All-new Sprint SL hubs featuring the same strength and power transfer in a lower weight package, meaning more of your power pushing you forwards. The hub shell is 6066 series alloy, offering a greater strength-to-weight ratio than lower 6000 series alloys. Large 15mm diameter hub axles for climbing and out-of-saddle sprinting responsiveness. Circular dropout interface steps ensure a secure fitment.

  • Rims | 700c Asymmetric disc-specific hookless/straight-sidewall rim profile. ETRTO-compliant tubeless rims. Hookless.
  • Tyres | 26mm internal rim width, Tubeless-ready for lower weight & rolling resistance, featuring H_LOCK bead-seat for easy and secure tubeless installation. Hookless rims require the use of tubeless tyres. (Please always refer to your tyres manufacturer's guidelines on pressure, rim width, and hookless compatibility).
  • Hubs | New Sprint SL straight-pull hubs. 15mm diameter 6066-T6 body and axle for supreme strength-to-weight. Circular dropout interface steps for added security in fitment. 3x treble-tooth pawls, resulting in just 7.5˚ engagement. Steel spline inserts to protect the cassette body. Center-lock brake mount.
  • Axles | Easily adaptable. Fit all current axle sizes and are easy to change.
  • Included | Tubeless tape & valves, spare spokes, axle adapters (please fill in the simple form after checkout to select your required size).
  • Hand-built| All of Huntswheels are built and finished by hand, inclusive of a full quality control inspection.
